As a Ph.D. in Organization Development and Change, I work with leadership teams to align their strategies, their decisions, and their actions to create organizational trust and cultural integrity.

Using performance gaps, leadership observations, and assessments, I create inventive programs and hands-on simulations to not only improve awareness of leadership tools, but also to give leaders comfort in applying those skills realistic situations.
